How to use
- ChargeCharge it fully over USB before first use.
- HeatTake the lid off, switch it on and let it warm up.
- BrushBrush through dry, detangled hair in small sections, slowly from root to tip.
- PackSwitch off, let it cool, put the lid back on.
Shipping
Free shipping on every order, across India. Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp, checked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 working days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 days from the order date; remote areas can take longer. The tracking link comes on WhatsApp.
Returns & care
Arrived damaged, defective or not as described? Message us within 14 days of delivery with your order ID and a photo or short video and we replace it free (or refund you). Personal-care items can't be returned once opened unless they arrived faulty.
Care: follow the guide in the box, keep it dry and out of children's reach, and switch off and unplug electrical items after use.
FAQs
Does it work on wet hair?
No. Use it on dry, detangled hair only.
Is it as strong as a full-size straightener?
It is made for quick smoothing and touch-ups on the go. For a full salon finish on very curly hair, a full-size straightener works faster.
How do I charge it?
With the USB cable in the box, from a phone charger or laptop.
When will it arrive?
We call to confirm your order first, then share the dispatch date on the call.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or pay online and save.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order. On single-item orders of ₹999 or more there is a ₹100 COD fee (none on 2-packs or 2+ items), and paying online skips it and takes ₹150 off. Smaller orders have no COD fee and get ₹50 off online. Both amounts are shown at checkout before you order.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
