Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order and support you: name, mobile number, address, pincode, email (optional) and order details.

How we use it

To confirm, ship and support your order; to send order updates on WhatsApp, SMS or email; and, if you agree, to tell you about new products. We share delivery details only with our courier and fulfilment partners.

If you don't finish an order

If you enter your mobile number at checkout but don't place the order, we may message you once on WhatsApp to help you complete it.

Analytics and ads

We measure how the site is used with our own first-party analytics: pages viewed, time on page, scrolling, clicks, checkout steps and page speed, linked by a random anonymous ID stored in your browser so we can understand repeat visits. It never stores your IP address, and the approximate city it records comes from your network, not your device location. We use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. You can opt out through your browser's Do Not Track setting or by clearing site data.

Your choices

Ask us on WhatsApp or email to access, correct or delete your information.
