How often can I use it?
Most people do one 10-minute session a day as part of their evening routine. Start every other day for the first week.
Is it safe for my eyes?
Always keep your eyes closed during a session. Do not look directly into the lights.
Who should not use it?
Avoid it if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a light-sensitive (photosensitive) condition, or take medicines that make you sensitive to light. If in doubt, check with your doctor first.
Will it treat acne or wrinkles?
GlowKeep is a beauty and relaxation device, not a medical treatment. We don't promise medical results.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India, and delivery is free.
What if it arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order. On orders of ₹999 or more there is a ₹100 COD fee, and paying online skips it and takes ₹150 off. Smaller orders have no COD fee and get ₹50 off online. Both amounts are shown at checkout before you order.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
