Who is it for?
Adults who want soothing warmth and a gentle massage for stiff or tired knees, at home or while moving around. It is a comfort product, not a medical device.
Can I walk while using it?
Yes. It is cordless, so once charged you can strap it on and move around the house.
Is it safe?
It switches off automatically. Do not use it while sleeping, on broken or numb skin, over swelling or an injury, during pregnancy, or for children under 18. If you have a pacemaker, diabetes with reduced sensation or a medical condition, ask your doctor first.
Will it fit my knee?
The two adjustable straps fit most adult knees. It can be worn over thin clothing.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or pay online and get ₹50 off. Delivery is free.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 4–7 days. We call to confirm every order before it ships.
Can I return it?
Yes. If it arrives damaged or does not work, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it.
Is there a pair or a bundle?
Yes: a pair for both knees or two people, and a bundle with the WarmEase heat & massage belt.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order. On orders of ₹999 or more there is a ₹100 COD fee, and paying online skips it and takes ₹150 off. Smaller orders have no COD fee and get ₹50 off online. Both amounts are shown at checkout before you order.
What if the product arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you.
