Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping with UrbanKeeps.com (“Urban Keeps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We want you to love every item you order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging (including tags, inserts, and protective materials)

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked as Final Sale


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number, reason for return, and item details.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on where and how to ship your item.

  3. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the product and packaging.
    We’ll review your claim and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the product was defective.


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same item (if in stock) or an item of equal value.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure above.
