  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During high-demand periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight or dimensions of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

International Orders

  • International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

  • Typical delivery ranges from 10–20 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most U.S. states and select international destinations.
We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain oversized or restricted items)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Countries restricted by U.S. export laws


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

  • We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order when possible.

  • Claims filed after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Urban Keeps is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize an error, contact us immediately after placing your order — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery or due to warehouse location differences.
You will receive tracking details for each shipment.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified.
